  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant business-related field such as Finance, Economics, or Accounting is required.
  • At least 8 years of relevant portfolio analytics experience is required, preferably within alternative asset management, including private credit, private equity, or hedge funds.
  • A strong understanding of credit and financial markets is required.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor, track, and analyze performance at the investment, portfolio, and fund levels.
  • Create and update monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc client portfolio reports.
  • Prepare ongoing and ad hoc investor data requests, fund performance queries, and reports in collaboration with Valuation, Fund Accounting, and Investor Relations teams.
  • Ensure the ongoing quality and accuracy of performance reporting.
  • Maintain the integrity of internal processes and databases used to track performance and investment metrics at the investment and portfolio levels, including industry, sector, country, investment type, market capitalization, leverage, and regional exposures.
  • Assist with the operational due diligence of existing and potential new investors.
  • Coordinate and interact with Investor Relations, Compliance, portfolio managers, and Operations regarding new product launches, client servicing, and custom requests.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Python and SQL is a plus.
  • Experience within the alternative asset management industry, including private credit, private equity, or hedge funds, is preferred.

PsiQuantum raises $450M from Sequoia and BlackRock to build functional quantum computer

PsiQuantum has secured $450 million in funding from investors including Sequoia Capital and BlackRock. The quantum computing startup will use the funds to develop its superconducting qubit technology and high-fidelity readout system as it works towards building a functional quantum computer. BlackRock backs Ditrolic Energy to build 5GW+ solar pipeline across Asia Pacific

Ditrolic Energy has secured investment backing from BlackRock's Climate Finance Partnership to expand its solar energy projects across Asia Pacific. The partnership aims to facilitate Ditrolic Energy's 1GW+ pipeline of solar projects, increasing its total targeted capacity to over 5GW in Malaysia, Bangladesh, Indonesia and the Philippines. CFP is a collaboration between BlackRock and development finance institutions from France, Germany and Japan, focusing on climate infrastructure investments in non-OECD countries. Ditrolic Energy plans to use Malaysia as its investment hub for regional energy transition projects. Founded in 2009, Ditrolic Energy operates a fully integrated renewable energy value chain from development through to operations and maintenance. The company will also expand its EnerLoop clean energy solution, incorporating carbon tracking and battery storage technologies.

David Seeberan was named a partner and global head of the family office group, while Victoria Matthews joined as a managing director and head of the family office group for Europe and Asia, Bloomberg initially reported on Friday. Carlyle confirmed details to Family Wealth Report. Seeberan, based in San Francisco, joined Carlyle from Cercano Management, an investment firm catering to ultra-wealthy individuals and family foundations. He is due to report to Nedelman and Amal Alibair, the head of its client business for North America. Matthews, based in London, was previously head of UK family offices and endowments at BlackRock. The article noted that Carlyle reckons that the addressable family office market has total assets of $5 trillion, and the US firm has raised about $50 billion from wealthy families and individuals.

BlackRock, the world's largest asset manager behind the iShares family of ETFs, manages $15.3 trillion in client assets. The company generated nearly $7.1 billion in revenue during Q2, with almost $2 billion converted into net income through management fees collected regardless of performance. The firm has grown significantly from overseeing $9.4 trillion just three years ago, with net cash inflows of $868 billion over the past year. BlackRock's quarterly dividend has increased 150% over the past decade to $5.73 per share. The company earned $12.19 per share in Q2, up nearly 20% year-over-year. Whilst not a high-growth business, BlackRock offers high margins and consistent profitability, making it potentially suitable for long-term investment focused on dividend growth.

The Azerbaijan Infrastructure Investment Dialogue was held, jointly organized by the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan and BlackRock, one of the world's leading asset management companies, on September 26, 2026, Trend reports. The dialogue, held within the framework of the 2nd Azerbaijan International Investment Forum in Baku under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, focused on discussing investment opportunities in artificial intelligence (AI) and digital infrastructure, energy infrastructure, as well as strategic transport and logistics corridors. In addition to high-ranking Azerbaijani government officials, the dialogue was attended by executives from international investment institutions, infrastructure companies, and global business entities.
