- At least 5 years of experience working with automatic door systems, manual door systems, and hardware.
- Glazing experience.
- Ability to train junior crew members.
- Install and service automatic door entrance systems in a professional, cost-effective, and safe manner.
- Maintain records of all work conducted and parts used on each job.
- Maintain the company vehicle, tools, and property in an appropriate manner.
- Maintain the parts inventory for the service vehicle.
- Maintain good customer relations.
- Assist and instruct others in installing and servicing automatic doors.
- Lead or assist in other areas of team responsibility, including work with commercial glass, commercial doors, and hardware.
