Requirements
  • Experience with Agile or SAFe frameworks.
  • Strong development skills in the .NET Framework (C#) and SharePoint APIs as a whole; Web Services and PowerShell programming.
  • Experience in developing applications with SharePoint and demonstrated experience building workflow and collaboration solutions.
  • Experience developing Windows SharePoint Services packages (WSP) for custom solutions deployment.
  • Experience with databases and database software, i.e., Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design, web application architecture; JavaScript, CSS, and XML.
  • Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and SharePoint Designer.
Responsibilities
  • Participate on migration projects with experience and expertise in migration from SharePoint On Prem to SharePoint Online.
  • Provide support and expertise to migrate on-premises instance to a cloud or hybrid solution; implement strategies of process improvement and tools to achieve more efficient results and keep up with current technologies.
  • Participate in requirements definition sessions to gain a general perspective on the business objectives or business problem that is to be addressed by the system.
  • Create and maintain workflows.
  • Develop and maintain databases including MS SQL.
  • Work with other SharePoint developers on a SharePoint migration.
  • Support problem resolution and provide technical support for other developers.
  • Proactively manage the SharePoint environment to maximize value to the business.
  • Collaborate with the software development team, analyze, classify complex change request, reviews, and evaluate possible enhancements.
  • Code and maintain complex components of information systems.
  • Leverage MS Visual Studio and SharePoint Designer.
  • Develop and perform system testing; fix defects identified during testing and re-execute unit tests to validate results.
  • Aid in integrating activities within team for successful implementation and support of project efforts.
  • Provide on call support, monitor the system, and identify system deficiencies.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with migrating SharePoint on-premises to online (highly preferred).
  • Experience with multiple Business Intelligence tools, multi-database, multi-language or multi-business application preferred.
  • Commitment to developing secure code, cyber security awareness and patch management ethic.
  • Core competencies such as Teamwork, Leadership, Business Acumen, Communication, Motivation, Agility, Judgment, Organization.
  • Business Tools – understanding and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word, proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio; ability to learn other tools as necessary.
  • Willingness to constantly learn, share, and grow and to view the world as their classroom.
  • Curiosity and Humility as described.
