About the Job

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in operations, onboarding or implementation, compliance operations, project coordination, or Big 4 audit/advisory; experience at a fintech, payments company, or bank is ideal.
  • Excellent written communication and the ability to answer partner questions accurately and concisely.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep multiple requests moving at once.
  • High ownership, including finishing tasks and closing loops without being chased.
  • Ability to work across teams and follow up persistently and politely.
  • Fluency with work tools such as Linear or Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, and Notion, and a habit of using AI tools to speed up repetitive work.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the pace of a high-growth startup.

Responsibilities

  • Own intake-to-submission for due diligence questionnaires, requests for information, and information requests from banks, processors, vendors, and enterprise merchants; answer recurring questions about company overview, products and money flows, ownership and ultimate beneficial owners, licenses, policies, and security posture; route other questions to the right owner and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain the due diligence answer library and document repository, including corporate documents, the org chart, policies, audit reports, and security reports, so answers remain current, accurate, and reusable.
  • Run a weekly review of the Linear board to ensure owners, statuses, priorities, and due dates are set, flag stale or blocked work, and triage incoming requests from other teams with enough context to act.
  • Keep Sales, Support, Risk, and Partnerships informed about what is shipping and changing; coordinate launch checklists, capture decisions, drive follow-ups from product meetings, and run small cross-functional projects end to end.
  • Prepare roadmap snapshots, release notes, and status summaries for leadership; conduct competitive, market, and vendor research and turn unstructured inputs into clear memos.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with cards, ACH, other payment rails, or know-your-business, know-your-customer, and anti-money-laundering concepts.
  • Experience completing vendor, security, or bank due diligence questionnaires.
  • Experience being part of high-performing operations and product organizations.

About the Company

Coinflow

Web3 payment processor enabling fiat-to-stablecoin settlement

Coinflow is a payment processor that helps Web3 businesses accept traditional payments such as credit cards and Apple Pay, then settles those funds instantly into stablecoins to speed up cash flow. For payouts, it uses real-time rails like Visa Direct and the RTP Network to move funds from stablecoins directly to customers’ bank accounts. The company differs from others by offering instant fiat-to-stablecoin settlement, real-time payouts, and a focus on Web3 use cases like gaming and NFTs, along with fiat-to-crypto on-ramps and treasury tools. Its goal is to provide fast, reliable payment infrastructure that bridges traditional finance and blockchain, giving developers and platforms instant access to funds and smooth cross-border payments.
