Requirements
  • 4 - 8 years of experience in cross-organizational technical program management in an Enterprise IT function.
  • 4 - 8 years' experience leading the development and implementation of new technology, cloud environments, security, infrastructure, migrations, business, compliance, and/or process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to succinctly articulate ideas to different audiences.
  • Familiarity and experience with agile software delivery methodologies and service request systems (SLA, TTA, TTR’s, etc).
  • Experience working in a federal government business model.
  • Demonstrated ability establishing and maintaining strong relationships at all levels of an organization, with a proven track record of influence and collaboration.
  • Ability to work at a global scale, collaborating with peers across the globe.
  • Demonstrated adaptability in ambiguous situations with flexibility to quickly adjust priorities.
  • Experience with systems thinking to design, develop, and implement new technical, business, compliance, and delivery processes.
  • FedRAMP experience a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively and independently manage technical programs
  • Partner across the Product and Technology Organization (Engineering, Product, Legal, Compliance, Business & Technology, Operations and Customer Success) teams to align with strategic vision and goals
  • Help plan, implement and deliver projects and programs and drive accountability across stakeholder teams to ensure program objectives are met
  • Communicate program risks and solutions to technical and non-technical business owners
  • Provides reporting and measurements of program effectiveness and provides analysis to senior management
  • Facilitate program management of technical program reviews to support key business stakeholder requests.
