Swiftly provides software for public transit agencies to improve the efficiency and reliability of transit systems. Its tools collect and analyze transit data to give real-time operational insights, send rider alerts, and support data-driven decision making. Agencies subscribe to Swiftly’s software and can get customized solutions tailored to their needs, including features for communicating rapid changes and managing crises. Unlike generic analytics platforms, Swiftly focuses on transit-specific workflows and equity, aiming to ensure all communities have access to reliable transportation. The company’s goal is to help transit systems run more smoothly, inform riders quickly about service changes, and promote equitable access to public transit.
