Requirements
  • 1-2 years of previous experience managing social media platforms or communities for brands
  • Undergraduate degree in design, communications, marketing advertising, public relations, media studies, business, and/or related fields
  • Proficiency in Photoshop with an understanding of the principles of Art + Design
  • Proficiency in social media analytics
Responsibilities
  • Manage and publish relevant content and campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Pinterest, Twitter/X, TikTok and YouTube
  • Maintain content calendars and creative asset management for Minted’s social media channels
  • Maintain an ‘always-on’ presence on Minted’s social media feeds to ensure we are responding to all customer commentary, concerns, questions, and requests
  • Monitor Minted social media feeds for opportunities to interact with brand advocates and our community of artists
  • Identify trends and translate into tangible opportunities for the brand to activate on owned social channels
  • Assist/lead copy creation for editorial calendars, contests, and other social-related campaigns
  • Create and edit content via on and off-camera mobile-captured video
  • Utilize social analytics tools like Facebook/Instagram Insights, Looker, Dash Hudson, and TikTok to help generate insights for social listening and reporting
  • Collaborate with influencer and paid media teams to utilize data to show holistic performance of campaigns
  • Summarize analytics data to create actionable reports that lead to optimization of social channels
