Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of previous experience managing social media platforms or communities for brands
  • Undergraduate degree in design, communications, marketing advertising, public relations, media studies, business, and/or related fields
  • Actively participates in a wide variety of social media activities such as content creation, community development and management, commenting, etc., with a focus on interior design, fashion, art and popular culture
  • Exceptional understanding of popular social networks – design, functionality, users
  • Demonstrated ability to produce community management guidelines and documents that reflects the holistic understanding and implementation of the role of social media and its effects
  • Proficiency in Photoshop with an understanding of the principles of Art + Design
  • Proficiency in social media analytics – a basic understanding is a must
Responsibilities
  • Manage and publish relevant content and campaigns on various social media platforms
  • Maintain content calendars and creative asset management for social media channels
  • Maintain an 'always-on' presence on social media feeds to respond to customer commentary and foster a positive community
  • Monitor social media feeds for opportunities to interact with brand advocates and artists
  • Identify trends and translate them into opportunities for the brand
  • Assist in copy creation for social-related campaigns
  • Collaborate with influencer and paid social teams to maximize content performance
  • Utilize social analytics tools for insights and reporting
  • Summarize analytics data to create actionable reports for channel optimization
