  • 1-2+ years of related experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite, telephone, remote, and email support
  • Escalate support requests as needed
  • Troubleshoot Windows desktop platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and basic network connectivity
  • Provide technical support for Microsoft Office Applications
  • Create and remove user accounts
  • Maintain computer inventory and facilitate equipment orders
  • Image laptops for new/existing users
  • Facilitate equipment repairs
