He also lead a panel discussion. The event hosted 400+ people in order to explore actionable strategies for addressing local challenges and strengthening South Florida's resilience. ChenMoore was proud to support the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce's 2026 Resilient Solutions Summit, held at Jungle Island in Miami. The annual event brought together more than 400 business, government, academic, and industry leaders to explore practical strategies for addressing South Florida's most pressing resilience challenges, including infrastructure, emergency preparedness, environmental stewardship, and long-term community sustainability. Jose L. Acosta, Executive Vice President of ChenMoore and Co-Chair of the Greater Miami Chamber's Resilience Committee, served as Co-Chair of this year's summit and moderated the "Storm-Ready Infrastructure: Preparation, Response & Recovery" panel. The discussion featured leaders from the South Florida Water Management District, Miami-Dade County Office of Emergency Management, and FPL Energy Services, highlighting collaborative approaches to strengthening critical infrastructure, improving disaster preparedness, and enhancing regional resilience.
