Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or related field and/or years of experience equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in Property and Casualty broking required
  • Exceptional knowledge and skill with Microsoft software applications (Excel), Agency Management Systems, and the ability to learn new software systems
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • P & C Producer License or the ability to obtain the same within 60 days of hire

  • Managing client insurance renewal processes
  • Leading midterm client services
  • Addressing coverage-related questions from clients
  • Overseeing preparation of Summary of Insurance/Schedule of Insurance
  • Reviewing carrier-issued loss control recommendations
  • Managing and leading day-to-day client service needs
  • Cross-selling Virtus’ services
