  • 15 years of relevant experience in the fields of Information Security, IT or Software Engineering, Compliance and/or Regulatory
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
Responsibilities
  • Guide the organization on all CFIUS matters and ensure Vonage complies with all CFIUS terms and conditions.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the BCT Team, including the areas of CFIUS compliance specific to vendor management, regulatory, operations and support.
  • Collaborate with the Legal team to ensure all compliance reporting and submissions to and inquiries from the CFIUS Monitoring Agency (CMAs) are accurate, timely and adhere to the requirements.
  • Ensure controls are in place, monitored, and continuously improved to protect Vonage’s sensitive assets defined by the requirements, such as US person records and source code.
  • Accountable for investigations and compliance reporting of all potential violations.
  • Act as liaison with auditors, deliver all requested audit artifacts and ensure the smooth running of all audits.
  • Oversee the collaboration between Vonage & Ericsson activities to ensure guidelines are met.
  • Provide support and act on behalf of the Vonage Security Officer.
  • Meet routinely with executive leaders and board members on CFIUS matters.
  • Approve all corporate CFIUS-related communications and training.
  • Act in a CFIUS advisory role on new products and services entering the Vonage environment.
  • Coach, mentor, and train team members to establish a consistent level of quality, accuracy and accountability.
