The candidate must be licensed to practice law in California.
The candidate must have 3 to 5 years of experience in habitability litigation and/or complex civil litigation.

The candidate must have experience structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial.
The candidate must demonstrate a solid work ethic, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork.
Structure discovery plans and take and defend depositions.
Manage document-intensive cases.
Draft dispositive motions.
Prepare cases for trial.
Handle complex civil litigation and professional liability matters.
Interact with clients and assume significant responsibility for complex cases.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

Pay range: $145,000-170,000 per year (depends on experience)
