  • Proficiency in intercompany processing through IDOC processing.
  • Proficiency in field repair scenarios using resource-related billing.
  • Proficiency in reactive maintenance processes.
  • Proficiency in preventive maintenance processes.
  • Proficiency in warranty management processes.
  • Proficiency in maintenance plan processes.
  • Knowledge of material movements involved in equipment lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of batch job processing and enhancements in the SAP Plant Maintenance area.

Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery of integrated SAP solutions for multiple enterprise resource planning projects across Baker Hughes businesses while working with program managers, functional owners, service providers, and SAP DevOps team members.
  • Own complete Plant Maintenance and Customer Services module solutions for end-to-end business processes, including prototyping, blueprinting, design, build, testing, documentation, interfaces, cross-module integration, and post-go-live support.
  • Maintain accountability for Plant Maintenance and Customer Services interfaces with external systems and cross-module integration with other SAP modules.
  • Maintain accountability for solution quality delivered by program and operations teams.
  • Drive SAP best-practice standards across the Baker Hughes SAP landscape and ensure efficient, maintainable solutions.
  • Engage stakeholders to identify opportunities for business-process optimization.
  • Ensure delivery of statutory and Sarbanes-Oxley-compliant business solutions.
  • Monitor new SAP technology developments and explore opportunities in the enterprise SAP landscape to optimize business processes.
  • Maintain cross-functional business-process domain knowledge.
  • Implement applicable industry best practices to enhance capabilities and effectiveness.
  • Maintain relationships across distributed functional and global teams in a matrix environment to build integrated solutions.
  • Assist the leadership team in building a multi-year enterprise resource planning vision and strategy by aligning SAP technology with business goals.
