About the Job

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of experience in pharma commercial analytics, management consulting, or a combination, including significant client-facing delivery leadership.
  • Experience managing large, complex analytics relationships and growing accounts and client relationships over time.
  • A demonstrated track record of account growth and prior accountability for revenue targets.
  • Deep fluency in at least two of brand commercial strategy, marketing mix and promotional effectiveness, HCP targeting and sales force deployment, patient journey analytics, forecasting and launch analytics, or payer and market access analysis.
  • Ability to connect analytical work to the business decisions it should inform and make that connection visible to clients.
  • Ability to own delivery accountability across distributed onshore and offshore teams, diagnose quality issues, hold delivery directors accountable, and intervene directly when needed.
  • High standards for output and ability to distinguish technically correct analysis from decision-ready analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to elevate client relationships to commercial leadership and shift conversations from reporting results to recommending actions and rationale.
  • Practical understanding of AI-augmented analytics and agentic workflows, including what distinguishes a decision system from a dashboard or model; ability to lead credible client discussions about AI in decision-making without overpromising.
  • Commitment to maintaining L3 AI Decision Architect certification within Axtria's framework.
  • Understanding of time-and-materials and alternative commercial structures, and ability to identify opportunities to pilot non-FTE pricing and build the internal and client case for it.
  • U.S. work authorization is acceptable; U.S. citizens and people authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Own delivery accountability across a portfolio of analytics centers of excellence and project-based engagements.
  • Ensure quality of outputs across ad hoc analyses, patient journey work, marketing mix engagements, and payer access engagements.
  • Serve as the escalation point for delivery issues and primary driver of account health.
  • Grow revenue within existing accounts through scope expansion, new workstreams, and a deeper analytics mandate.
  • Build relationships with executive directors, vice presidents, and C-suite commercial leaders to position Axtria as a consultative decision partner.
  • Lead the evolution of assigned accounts from time-and-materials analytics delivery toward decision-centric engagement models.
  • Introduce decision-first framing into existing center-of-excellence work, identify high-value decision problems for structured Decision Transformation Programs, and pilot alternative commercial structures where clients are receptive.
  • Shape the positioning and sale of Decision Intelligence capabilities within assigned accounts.
  • Design proposals focused on decisions and business outcomes rather than full-time-equivalent configurations.
  • Work with Axtria's AI & Data and Product groups to incorporate platform capabilities into client conversations where appropriate.
  • Contribute to development of the Decision Intelligence practice by refining playbooks, supporting AI certification, and building reusable assets from engagement intellectual property.
