Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Experience with content delivery network services, security services, cloud-based services, SaaS, PaaS, content management, web analytics, website performance, cloud storage, mobile content delivery, or managed web hosting
  • Experience working with Resellers/VARs, MSP/MSSPs, ISV or other types of partners
  • Proven record of exceeding performance objectives
  • Strong relationship-building skills across internal and partner stakeholders
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Demonstrate an insatiable desire to learn and improve
  • Adaptable, professional, courteous, and motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to proactively resolve problems in a timely manner; develop alternative solutions
  • Have a desire to work hard, exceed expectations, and outperform their quotas
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) is helpful but not required for this role
Responsibilities
  • Identify, recruit and onboard partners within your assigned territory
  • Establish close working relationships with Fastly Account Executives to support co-selling with partners
  • Develop positive working relationships with partners to build mutual success
  • Educate partners about Fastly’s product portfolio and complimentary services offered
  • Promote joint sales activities including field-level account mappings with local sales teams & partners
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast monthly sales with partners
  • Promote sales and marketing activities with partners to generate deal registrations through partners
  • Address partner-related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues promptly
  • Liaise with essential parts of the Fastly organization, including sales, marketing, product, deal desk, legal & support
