About the job
- An active New York Registered Nurse LPN license is required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Ventilator and tracheostomy experience is required.
- Authorization to work in the United States is required.
- A physical examination completed within the last 12 months is required.
- A current purified protein derivative (PPD) test or QuantiFERON test within one year, or a chest X-ray if applicable, is required.
- Proof of measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) immunity through a laboratory report is required.
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
- Deliver personalized care that supports children remaining safely at home and improves their quality of life.
- At least one year of recent pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care is preferred.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
