Requirements
  • A minimum of two years of related experience demonstrating communications, interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • A valid driver's licence in Saskatchewan.
  • Ability to travel across Saskatchewan.
  • Ability to be resourceful, proactive, and trustworthy.
  • Interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with people of all ages.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Marketing and Communications team in organizing and hosting Radio-Canada brand activations and community events.
  • Support marketing and communications activities conducted in-house and off-site.
  • Assist the senior officer with project planning and execution.
  • Coordinate project logistics.
  • Guide programming and technical teams in developing specials and remote broadcasts connected with outreach activities and partnerships.
  • Participate in off-site activities promoting Radio-Canada, primarily to a French-speaking audience.
  • Prepare, transport, and set up equipment at event sites.
  • Distribute promotional material.
  • Interact with participants and passers-by and provide information about the Corporation and its programming.
  • Create memorable experiences that connect Canadians with the brand.
  • Analyze activity results by producing reports and compiling statistics on audience and staff comments and feedback.
  • Create databases and correct or update their content.
  • Maintain records and archives about programs, outreach experiences, and partnerships, including biographies and photographic materials.
  • Handle inquiries, find requested information, and respond to audience and staff comments and feedback.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience as an audience wrangler.
  • Knowledge or education in marketing communications, sales, theatre, film studies, or another specialization related to the duties.
  • Knowledge of the media environment and the public broadcaster's competitive advantages.
