Este proceso lo manejo yo personalmente. Te voy a dar apoyo end-to-end para inmigración, preparación de entrevistas y counseling. Y vos vas a tener que poner todo lo que tenés para tener una chance.

Los perfiles que voy a buscar tienen al menos 3 años de experiencia laboral en una startup y necesitan estar completamente comprometidos a prepararse para esta life-changing opportunity.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of the entire product and make decisions at the product level instead of merely following orders.

• Talk with customers.

• Do what others don’t want to do. You may need to get into areas like telephony.

• Encourage the team to improve continuously.

• Make architectural decisions.

• Help shape the engineering culture.

• Ensure our DX is exceptional and makes it easy to ship day 1.

• Spend a significant portion of your time coding, likely over 80%.

You're a fit if

• You were the first hire at another company.

• You were part of a startup post-Series A from the beginning of the company.

• You're comfortable building full-stack features.

• You care about product, not just code.

• You've owned something meaningful end-to-end in the past (a product module, an infra refactor, etc).

• You're resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity. You figure things out.
