Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis in a rigorous environment
  • Strong Gsheets/Excel financial modeling and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented, highly organized self-starter with a drive to understand core business issues

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain company-wide Equity and Stock Based Compensation budgets, forecasts and long range plans
  • Own monthly & quarter-end Stock Based Compensation close review process
  • Provide ad hoc analysis for equity as needed by Lyft leadership
  • Identify process improvements to increase forecast accuracy and planning efficiency
  • Support quarter-end earnings preparation for Lyft
  • Assist with Lyft weekly outlook and monthly forecast consolidation
  • Lead process improvement efforts to optimize efficiency of reporting and planning
  • Serve as point person for special projects and ad hoc analysis
