Requirements
- Must be HVAC certified.
- Experience as a maintenance assistant or service technician is required.
- Ability to diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating, mechanical, appliance, pool, and building maintenance issues.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair basic and complex maintenance issues, including electrical and plumbing systems, air conditioning and heating systems, pools, appliances, stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, ceiling leaks, tile, carpet, and flooring.
- Perform painting and sheetrock repairs as needed.
- Complete make-ready checklists and perform repairs to return vacant units to market-ready status.
- Complete apartment and appliance repairs promptly and professionally.
