  • Minimum of 3 years experience building and managing teams of Product Managers bringing technical SaaS products to market
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey and bring clarity to complex topics to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proven track record of analyzing and interpreting complex data models and relationships, leading to the successful development and launch of new products targeting diverse personas and markets
  • Demonstrated history of shipping products quickly and iteratively in a startup environment

  • Build and develop a successful team of Product Managers that develops a culture of innovation, collaboration, and respect
  • Craft a strategic vision that evangelizes Aurora's long-term mission, taking into account rapid, repeatable, and sustained growth
  • Own a product roadmap that moves the company toward your vision and revisit priorities as market conditions change
  • Define metrics and KPIs with tracking mechanisms that measure product success connected to near and long-term goals
  • With cross-functional partners, define and manage capacity ensuring efficient allocation of resources, optimizing for planned and unplanned product initiatives
  • Develop new opportunities by staying informed about the market and customer viewpoints
