Chief Product Officer

Picklebet is a cutting-edge sports, racing and esports betting platform redefining the wagering experience for a modern audience. Currently a top 10 operator in Australia, we are expanding offshore with the launch of our brand-new Online Casino vertical, built upon our proprietary technology platform. We are seeking a driven Chief Product Officer to lead and scale the next stage of our platform development.

The Role

As the Chief Product Officer, you will serve as an executive leader accountable for the end-to-end product strategy and business outcomes across our entire digital ecosystem. Heading a multi-squad product team, you will bridge the gap between high-level enterprise objectives, market and product line expansion, and rapid technological execution.

You will hold ultimate strategic accountability for defining, building, and scaling our core Sportsbook, Racing, and Casino products, as well as our foundational platforms in Compliance, Payments, and User Experience. Sitting at the intersection of business strategy and execution, you will lead the evolution of our proprietary technology platform in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with the CEO / Co-Founder to shape, communicate, and execute an ambitious multi-year product strategy that harmonises commercial goals, technical feasibility, innovation, and user delight.
• Scale, inspire, and mentor a high-performing product organisation, coaching Product Managers to foster a culture of ownership, craftsmanship, velocity, and continuous improvement.
• Work across Executive leadership, Engineering, Design, and Quality Assurance to translate market opportunities into high-impact product outcomes.
• Standardise and evolve our product discovery, rituals, and delivery processes, including the role of AI agents and workflows, ensuring efficiency at scale. 
• Own total delivery of the product roadmap, ensuring resources are optimally prioritised to drive top-line growth, regulatory compliance, and market differentiation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of progressive product management experience, with 4+ years leading senior product teams in high-growth B2C or digital platform environments.
• Proven track record operating as a strategic executive while maintaining the operational sharpness needed in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep expertise in scaling multi-squad agile organisations and managing complex delivery ecosystems using modern enterprise tools, including AI.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in agile, rapid-scaling environments where strategic pivots and fast decision-making are paramount.
• Direct experience navigating wagering and casino environments, and complex regulatory frameworks is highly advantageous.
