Responsibilities
  • Defining and shipping key product improvements for your product surface area, collaborating across Product, Design, and Engineering
  • Creating clearly organized product specifications with great attention to detail
  • Using quantitative and qualitative data to inform your product requirements
  • Identifying clear outcomes that measure business impact and customer satisfaction with the ability to utilize them in the decision-making process
  • Coordinating across the organization to ensure smooth and on-time feature launches
  • Communicating across the company on the unique value proposition of our product and on why and how our product is changing
