- A general high school degree or equivalent, such as a GED.
- Computer skills including PC or laptop use, Microsoft Office, and basic typing.
- Strong math and counting skills.
- Submit accurate numbers of product work in progress through the production inventory app.
- Tag crates for portions, stacks for meal bags, and RPCs for meal kits after each submission.
- Ensure each tag reflects the correct meal, week, quantity, and/or product.
- Push portion stacks to the correct work-in-progress lane after submission.
- Push meal bag stacks to the correct first-in, first-out lane after submission.
- Ensure sensitive portioned items are moved to the correct storage location after submission.
- Turn over overproduced work in progress for reallocation to future menus with shelf-life approval from Food Safety and Quality Assurance.
- Own and monitor the over-decanted pre-portioned zone, assigning items to current-week meals for leads to pull before opening cases.
- Research and assign unused items to upcoming menus, clearly labeling them for retrieval.
- Count and discard items not used on menus listed in Ops Apps, and log them as waste on the waste tracker.
- Maintain first-in, first-out staging by placing the newest product at the back of each work-in-progress lane.
- Conduct audits comparing submissions against work in progress to identify potential submission errors.
