Wall Street Prep appoints Bogdan Tudose as head of AI and data science

Wall Street Prep has appointed Bogdan Tudose as Head of AI and Data Science, a newly created role focused on embedding AI into core financial workflows. Tudose will lead AI strategy across the firm's training programmes and products for investment banks, private equity firms and asset managers. Wall Street Prep and Financial Edge embed AI coaching into summer 2026 analyst training programmes

Wall Street Prep and Financial Edge have expanded their summer 2026 new-hire training programmes to include AI coaching and tool-specific instruction across investment banking, markets, private equity and investment management. The firms train analysts at nine of the top ten global investment banks. The curriculum follows a three-step approach: analysts build skills manually, apply AI to the same problem, then compare outputs to understand where AI adds value and where human judgement remains essential. Training is customised to clients' specific AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and AlphaSense. The programme addresses industry concerns that AI adoption without proper training could erode foundational analyst skills. Instruction includes hallucination detection, compliance considerations and governance protocols. The offerings are modular and designed to integrate into existing summer programmes.
