PINE Advisor Solutions

Asset management outsourced finance and compliance

PINE Advisor Solutions provides outsourced support for asset managers, offering oCFO, oCCO, and oPFO services, fund and adviser launch, regulatory compliance, and operations support. It extends clients’ teams so they can focus on portfolio management and growth. The company also launched PINE Distributors LLC, a FINRA-registered broker-dealer that delivers distribution services for ETFs and other funds, including statutory distribution and advertising review. Operations are carried out as a high-touch, customized service from an employee-owned firm, making it a nimble alternative to larger rivals. In early 2026, PINE was acquired by Luxembourg-based Centralis Group to create a transatlantic platform for asset managers, signaling an expansion strategy to serve both U.S. and European clients. The overall goal is to help asset managers scale, comply with regulations, optimize financial and administrative functions, and broaden product reach through distribution partnerships.
