Located at 5131 S. Ellsworth Rd., the store officially welcomed shoppers on Friday and operates daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The new location features Sprouts' signature selection of fresh produce, natural and organic foods, vitamins and supplements, bulk offerings, and prepared meal options. Shoppers can also find locally sourced produce, an extensive protein assortment, and convenient grab-and-go meals, including fresh sushi, deli sandwiches and wellness bowls. To celebrate the opening, Sprouts hosted a weekend of promotions and in-store activities, including product sampling, complimentary tote bags for early shoppers and free long-stem roses for opening-day customers. The retailer also offered a 20% discount on one purchase for customers who enrolled in its free Sprouts Rewards loyalty program during the grand opening weekend. As part of its ongoing community engagement efforts, the store will partner with United Food Bank through Sprouts' Food Rescue program, donating surplus food that remains safe and nutritious for consumption. Sprouts also highlighted partnerships with local and regional growers, including Blue Sky Organic Farms and Duncan Family Farms, reinforcing its commitment to sourcing produce close to the communities it serves.

This demolished Bedford, Texas site is getting a new Sprouts. A new Sprouts Farmers Market is coming to Bedford, Texas, near Airport Freeway and North Industrial Boulevard. Sprouts lists the store's grand opening for October 16, 2026. Historic aerials show the property as mostly open land in 1956, before Airport Freeway and surrounding development transformed the area. A large commercial building later occupied the site before becoming Campus West and eventually being demolished. A broad parking lot stretched east toward North Industrial Boulevard. Development around the site was lighter, especially along the western and northern edges. The building remained a major presence on the property for more than two decades. February 2020. Street View captured Campus West still standing in February 2020. The building faced a mostly empty parking lot along North Industrial Boulevard. Campus West was owned by First Baptist Church of Euless, now known as Cross City Church. The nonprofit 6Stones later used space within the property. November 2023. The former Campus West building was gone by November 2023. Demolition left a large cleared tract where the building and parking lot once stood. Most of the central property had returned to open ground. Nearby businesses and residential areas remained around the edges of the redevelopment site. April 2024. Street View showed the cleared property again in April 2024. Grass covered much of the former Campus West footprint. Temporary erosion-control fencing remained near the roadside. Little visible construction had started across the main portion of the tract. October 2025. Major redevelopment was underway by October 2025. Earthwork covered most of the property, while new internal roads were taking shape. Several building pads or foundations were also visible. The image marks a major shift from the open tract seen the previous year. What is coming next. Sprouts Farmers Market now lists a Bedford store at 221 North Industrial Boulevard. The company currently lists October 16, 2026, as the grand opening date. Share via: Sprouts Farmers Market has reached 500 stores, opening its milestone location in The Woodlands, Texas, on Sept. 12 as part of a four-store wave that also includes Sewell, New Jersey, and upcoming openings this Friday in Carson, California, and Mesa, Arizona. The 500th store - at 4775 W. Panther Creek Dr. - caps a rapid climb for the Phoenix, Arizona-based specialty grocer, which stood at 483 locations at the end of March and has said it plans at least 40 openings this year, nearly all within its existing 25-state footprint, backed by a pipeline of nearly 150 approved sites. "Reaching 500 stores is an incredible milestone for Sprouts, and one that reflects the passion of our thousands of team members, the loyalty of customers and the strong relationships we've built in the communities we serve," said Nick Konat, president and COO of Sprouts. "From our first store to our 500th, our mission has remained the same: helping people live and eat better and we're excited to continue bringing Sprouts' fresh, better-for-you assortment to even more communities in the years ahead." Opened Sept. 12: The Woodlands and Sewell. The Woodlands store sources local produce from farmers including J&B Farms and Little Bear Produce, with Food Rescue donations going to the Houston Food Bank. The Sewell store, at 280 Egg Harbor Rd., works with regional farmers including Eastern Fresh Growers, Flaim Farms, Nardelli Bros. Inc. - Lake View Farms and Sunny Valley International - The Jersey Fruit Company, with Food Rescue donations supporting Philabundance and the Food Bank of South Jersey. Opening Sept. 18: Carson and Mesa. The Carson store, at 619 E. University Drive, will source from Family Tree Farms and Five Crowns Farming and donate through Food Rescue to the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank. State Sen. Laura Richardson welcomed the store as a partnership bringing "nutritional options, value, and economic growth" to the community. The Mesa store, at 5131 S. Ellsworth Rd., brings the grocer's hometown-state count higher with local partners Blue Sky Organic Farms and Duncan Family Farms and Food Rescue donations to United Food Bank. Grand opening festivities. Each store holds a ribbon-cutting at 6:45 a.m. on opening day, with doors opening at 7 a.m. and grand opening weekends running through Sunday. The first 200 shoppers on the first two days receive a free reusable tote, and the first 400 guests on opening day receive a free long stem rose courtesy of Falcon Farms Floral.
