Requirements
  • Seven or more years of experience related to Infor XA implementations, with progressive achievement and growth in enterprise resource planning program management.
  • Five or more years of large-scale project management experience.
  • Proficiency with common information technology terminology.
  • Knowledge and execution of Project Management Office and Development Team Management practices.
  • Oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Crisis management capabilities and the ability to work in ambiguous situations while adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change.

Responsibilities
  • Drive a coordinated approach to enterprise resource planning-related business process changes and technical system integration across all related enterprise resource planning domains.
  • Coordinate contributions from external consultants, business functional leads, project managers, business and information technology leaders, and business subject matter experts.
  • Provide subject matter expertise, trends, methodologies, tools, and techniques for enterprise resource planning program activities and the organization.
  • Develop standardized global business processes with company leadership.
  • Manage and resolve complex business issues arising from implementing new processes or procedures, escalating decisions to information technology and business leadership as appropriate.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure system adoption, business process redesign and standardization, organizational capacity building, and cultural change supporting successful implementation.
  • Attend meetings and ensure an efficient enterprise resource planning decision-making process.
  • Work as part of the leadership team on enterprise resource planning direction, aligning processes, people, and technology.
  • Create an enterprise resource planning deployment and rollout strategy and plan with the Core Team, information technology, business leadership, and implementation vendors, and oversee the rollout.
  • Coach, mentor, and influence technical and business members.
  • Ensure domain-specific project management tasks for the enterprise resource planning program are effectively conducted.
  • Manage relationships with product vendors and third-party consulting partners alongside system integrators to meet strategic goals and deliver cost-effective solutions.
  • Provide project management oversight for the information technology portfolio of projects.
  • Ensure change management planning, stakeholder engagement, communication, and required training are effectively executed and integrated into deployment planning.
  • Prioritize business and information needs with management.
  • Create and maintain systems documentation.
  • Create, maintain, and report on key performance indicators for MOS.
  • Identify and prioritize remediation efforts for issues.
  • Pursue and define process improvement opportunities.
  • Fulfill direct-report staffing duties as needed to meet business needs.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills that help junior staff excel in their roles.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor direct-report staff.
  • Maintain reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Follow required safety procedures, use personal protective equipment as needed, attend safety meetings, and report safety issues.
  • Follow department quality standards and raise concerns and issues to the immediate manager.
  • Understand and demonstrate company culture and core values.
  • Understand department key performance indicators and contribute to achieving them individually and as a team.
  • Perform other duties as needed or required.
  • Some travel may be required.
Desired Qualifications
  • Global information technology experience.
  • Six or more years of experience in information technology and business or industry.
  • Experience with current technologies and products used in the industry.
  • At least two years of experience working in large, cross-functional teams with senior-level management and key stakeholders across complex organizational contexts.
  • Experience or demonstrated capability leading information technology tactical operations in complex and dynamic environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including explaining technical concepts and technologies to business leaders and business concepts to information technology staff.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Information technology-related certifications.
