  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar annual quotas
  • Experience in negotiating and securing enterprise account closings in the Public Sector with budgets >$100,000
  • At least 5 years in a SaaS environment, Adtech, or Managed Service sales role
  • 1-2 years experience working at an early or growth stage start-up
  • Ability to quickly learn and work effectively in proprietary web-based technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
  • Close college and university enterprise clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and clients
  • Coach and mentor account executives and sales development reps
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure the best experience for prospects, clients, and students
  • Understand macro-trends at the federal, regional, and national level that impact prospect-institutions
  • Strategic territory mapping, outreach, and research
  • Become an expert in Motimatic’s IP and product capabilities
Desired Qualifications
  • Strong grasp of the inner workings of colleges and universities
  • Understanding of SaaS product development process
  • Experience managing opportunities in Salesforce
