Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in analytics, data or similar role
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Expertise in SQL, experience with Python or similar language is a plus
  • Experience standing up analytics foundations and strong understanding of DBT and Looker (or similar BI tools)
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator, able to work with stakeholders across each part of the business and clearly communicate your views

Responsibilities
  • Own the roadmap for data and analytics capabilities, processes, and tools to facilitate a variety of business use cases such as effective analysis and reporting, data science exploration and model development, and data quality and anomaly detection
  • Work with stakeholders to develop reporting, build dashboards and define metrics to measure business success
  • Own the data science roadmap, work with stakeholders to build out ResortPass’ demand and pricing algorithms
  • Ensure data is infused into the decision making of all teams at ResortPass
