Requirements
  • Be a member in good standing of the OIIQ.
  • For the Emergency assignment, hold ETG (triage and severity scale) training and confirmed rhythmology training.
  • For the Intensive Care assignment, have recent and highly relevant experience in an Intensive Care Unit.
  • For the Mother-Child Centre assignment, have confirmed practical experience in the Maternity/Pediatrics sector.
  • Demonstrate excellent stress management in critical-care contexts, sound clinical judgment, and professional rigor.
Responsibilities
  • Provide care in one of three critical or specialized assignments: Emergency at Baie-Comeau Hospital, Intensive Care at Baie-Comeau Hospital, or the Mother-Child Centre at Sept-Îles Hospital.
  • Work rotating day, evening, and night shifts, with weekends as needed by the department.
