Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, defined as four or more additional years, in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Production Planning, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with materials planning, inventory management, production planning, scheduling, or related supply chain processes.
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of information, evaluate complex issues, and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience using supply chain planning tools and systems, including Materials Requirements Planning concepts and enterprise planning platforms.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical and analytical information clearly and actionably to diverse stakeholder groups.
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 3–5 analysts and senior analysts, supporting their growth and development through career discussions and regular one-on-one conversations.
  • Lead the North America materials planning process by developing and executing integrated material supply plans across breweries and co-manufacturing operations to ensure material availability and support customer demand.
  • Drive execution and continuous improvement of enterprise Materials Requirements Planning processes and systems, including integration across o9 and SAP ECC and execution systems including MCMS, PackAS, and EWM.
  • Build partnerships across Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and Brewery Operations, contributing insights and recommendations that support Integrated Business Planning processes.
  • Partner with the Project Management Office to ensure packaging promotions are planned and executed from concept and printing through brewery implementation.

Molson Coors beats estimates despite 3% revenue drop and commodity headwinds

Molson Coors shares rose slightly over 1% on Thursday after releasing second-quarter earnings that beat analyst expectations. The beer company reported net sales of just under $3.1 billion, a 3% year-over-year decline, and adjusted net income of nearly $279 million ($1.58 per share), down from over $412 million the previous year.
