Responsibilities
  • Lead the BNY EMEA Fund Accounting Operations organisation for a strategically significant client and provide strategic and day-to-day leadership to high-performing teams responsible for NAV production, pricing, controls, and client deliverables.
  • Act as EMEA Fund Accounting Operations owner for single client, building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, influencing decision-making, and ensuring delivery of a consistently excellent service experience.
  • Drive operational excellence across the Fund Accounting lifecycle by overseeing daily NAV production and valuation controls.
  • Partner with global internal functions, collaborating with Global Product, Technology, Risk, Middle Office and Functional Utility stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve cross-functional issues, drive consistency in process and controls.
  • Lead onboarding, conversions, and product launch activity, overseeing operational readiness for new funds, complex product structures, and client-driven change initiatives.
  • Strengthen the control environment and risk culture by ensuring robust oversight of key controls, managing audit interactions, and driving remediation of operational risk themes.
  • Champion automation and digital transformation by promoting the adoption of digital tools, data-driven solutions and AI-enabled capabilities to reduce manual touchpoints and enhance operational resilience.
  • Serve as senior escalation point for complex issues, providing direction on break resolution, valuation challenges, and client-impacting incidents, with timely and transparent communication.
