Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Acquisitions and Distribution leads to extract content rights insights from content deals, and ensure accurate data entry of rights, business models and terms in Roku's proprietary systems and tools
  • Validate accuracy and efficiency of data flow into downstream so content is monetized correctly and payments are processed properly
  • Assist in creating the appropriate sets of reports to manage rights availability and validity (e.g. rights restrictions, ad restrictions, marketing restrictions)
  • Complete routine audits to verify contractual rights obligations are being met and that there are no conflicts
  • Partner with key stakeholders in Content Acquisition, Content Distribution, Legal, and Finance to identify and implement continuous improvements in tools, processes, and data
  • Partner with Operations and Product Management to influence system enhancements to scale and automate rights management activities and improve capture of key metadata where possible
  • Serve as the DRI from Business & Revenue Operations in testing and sign-off of product enhancements
