Requirements
- 5+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales with a track record of consistently beating your quota
- Strong experience selling into RevOps is preferred
- A value-based sales approach is core to your sales philosophy
- Proven success in selling to multiple personas within a single account with unique but complementary value propositions
- Come from the SaaS industry and understands the SaaS business model in depth
- Prior success as one of the first AEs at a startup; comfortable working in a fast-paced, Series A startup environment
- Proven ability to generate new business and build sales pipeline from scratch (although you will also have the support of our BDR team)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong self-starter who works well in cross-functional teams
- Believe in the importance of sales methodologies and invest time in tuning your skills
- Have a genuine curiosity for RevOps & Finance, and you have demonstrated past abilities to enter new domains and successfully acquire proficiency
- You’re a “quick study” and enjoy working with smart and driven people
- Looking to be a part of a company that sets the standard for its space
Responsibilities
- Meet (exceed) assigned sales goals and quotas
- Use existing network and relationships within RevOps and Finance departments of companies that you have worked with
- Map out your account plan and execute
- Lead business planning and quarterly review processes and ongoing pipeline review and forecasting activities
- Self-source pipeline by call, email, Linkedin, and social media campaigns, in addition to partnering with a dedicated team of BDRs
- Partner with Demand Gen and BDRs to set up sales campaigns, increasing product exposure and identifying essential market opportunities
- Partner with the Marketing and Inside Sales teams to develop sales enablement tools to ensure you are equipped to best promote our value proposition and position the Subskribe solution
- Develop and deliver value-based presentations and demos
