Ozlo, Calm Launch Co-Branded Sleepbuds for Better Rest

Ozlo, Calm launch co-branded Sleepbuds for better rest. The partnership embeds Calm's meditation and mindfulness content directly into Ozlo's sleep-optimizing earbuds experience. Ozlo and Calm have unveiled a co-branded edition of Ozlo's Sleepbuds, introducing a "calm blue" colorway and a deeper integration between Ozlo's sleep-focused audio technology and Calm's established content ecosystem. The collaboration brings together two companies that have carved out distinct roles in the broader sleep landscape. Ozlo, founded in 2022 by former Bose engineers, centers its product line around noise masking, biometric sleep detection, and discreet audio designed for uninterrupted rest. Its Sleepbuds are purpose-built for nighttime wear, aiming to reduce disturbances rather than serve as multifunctional earbuds. Calm has become one of the most widely used sleep and mindfulness platforms globally, with more than 180 million app downloads and a library that includes Sleep Stories, soundscapes and meditation programs available in multiple languages. The Calm x Ozlo Sleepbuds combine these approaches by embedding Calm's content directly into the Sleepbuds experience. Offerings include sound masking to limit disruptions, paired with structured content meant to ease users into sleep and keep them asleep. "We're shaping the future of sleep through smart, adaptive hardware and world-class sound experiences designed to help you rest deeper and wake restored," said Ozlo co-founder, CEO and chief technology officer N.B. Patil. Along with the product launch, Ozlo is offering a one-year Calm subscription, Calm Sleep for iOS users or Calm Premium for Android users, to introduce users to a fuller range of content. Calm's chief content officer, Greg Justice, framed the partnership as part of Calm's continued expansion beyond the mobile app. "Put simply: sleep is a superpower," Justice said. "By combining Calm's trusted content library with Ozlo's best-in-class sleep tech, we're enabling people to fall (and stay) asleep more easily, ensuring they wake up refreshed and ready to own the day." The launch also fits into a broader pattern for Calm, which has been steadily extending its reach into physical environments and hospitality settings. Earlier this year, Calm partnered with Hilton to integrate curated mindfulness and sleep content into more than 2,400 Connected Room hotels worldwide, giving travelers access to Sleep Stories, soundscapes and guided meditations through their in-room TVs. Elsewhere in the sleep-optimizing earbuds space, NextSense, a neurotechnology company founded by former Google executive Jonathan "JB" Berent, just raised $16 million in a Series A funding round to bring its EEG-powered "Smartbuds" to market.

A Partnership Built Around Better Rest

A partnership built around better rest. Ozlo Sleep has partnered with Calm to launch co-branded Ozlo Sleepbuds in a new, distinctive "Calm Blue" colorway, bringing together Ozlo's industry-leading sleep technology with Calm's world-class sleep and wellness content to make intelligent, quality rest more accessible than ever. Its small, wireless earbuds combine Ozlo's noise-masking sleep sounds, biometric sleep detection, and all-night comfort, with Calm's world-class audio for sleep, relaxation, and mindfulness. The result is a personalized experience that helps you unwind and fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake feeling rested and restored. This partnership further underscores Ozlo's mission to improve rest through science-backed sleep solutions, as Ozlo Sleep continue to forge collaborations with leaders across health and technology to make better sleep a cornerstone of modern health. By integrating Ozlo's sleep technology with Calm's 300+ hours of trusted sleep and mindfulness content, Ozlo Sleep is empowering people to better understand and improve their nightly rest. What's included with Calm x Ozlo Sleepbuds. In addition to the co-branded Ozlo x Calm Sleepbuds, Ozlo Sleep is offering a free one-year subscription to Calm's premium sleep experiences, including Calm Sleep Premium for iOS users or Calm Premium for Android users. This gives access to Calm's award-winning soundscapes, Sleep Stories(R), and meditations, all designed to complement Ozlo's advanced audio sleep technology and help build wind-down routines that support deeper, more consistent rest. The Calm x Ozlo Sleepbuds also feature a subtle, meaningful detail: a laser-etching of Calm's signature phrase, "Take a Deep Breath," on the case, a small reminder to pause, slow down, and prepare for rest. What its teams are saying. "We're shaping the future of sleep through smart, adaptive hardware and world-class sound experiences designed to help you rest deeper and wake restored," said N.B. Patil, CEO, CTO & co-founder of Ozlo. "Calm has helped millions of people sleep better. Together, we're taking the next step in making truly personalized, restorative rest accessible to everyone." "Put simply: sleep is a superpower," said Greg Justice, Chief Content Officer at Calm. "By combining Calm's trusted content library with Ozlo's best-in-class sleep tech, we're enabling people to fall (and stay) asleep more easily, ensuring they wake up refreshed and ready to own the day." The Calm x Ozlo Sleepbuds are available starting November 13, exclusively at https://ozlosleep.com/calm. As sleep continues to gain recognition as a foundation of both physical and mental well-being, Ozlo Sleep is excited to keep pushing the boundaries of what's possible, combining thoughtful design, science-backed audio, and meaningful partnerships to help more people experience truly restorative rest. At Ozlo, Ozlo Sleep don't just believe in better sleep. Ozlo Sleep believe in the better life that follows it.
