Think of this function as a fractional Chief AI Transformation Officer for our clients. The expectation is for you to become the CEO's right hand and trusted confidant — the primary executive counterpart who helps them move their company into the AI era from a position of strength. It's a role closer to a partner at a top firm than a typical sales or delivery seat.
You'll own the full arc. You win the business, embed with the CEO to find where AI changes the game, and mobilize a team of world-class PMs and engineers to deliver results — not slideware. Our Principals drive the company's revenue, and they earn it on insight and Applied AI expertise.
Win the business. Convert warm, high-intent executive relationships — sourced through our consortium and Anthropic — into signed engagements. Bring the judgment to qualify hard, the credibility to earn trust fast, and the finesse to negotiate and close.
Become the CEO's fractional Chief AI Transformation Officer. Embed with leadership as their trusted advisor on AI, diagnosing where the real opportunity is and shaping a path the business will actually act on.

It provides hands-on AI consulting and implementation to corporate clients, embedding Anthropic engineers inside client operations to integrate Claude-based AI tools into day-to-day workflows. The service bundles access to Anthropic’s AI models with practical guidance and deployment support, operating like an on-site acceleration program that adapts AI to each business process. This approach distinguishes it from pure software vendors by combining deep, ongoing consulting with direct model deployment within portfolio companies, creating a scalable path for enterprise adoption through PE networks. The goal is to speed up how enterprises use AI to improve productivity and efficiency, while giving Anthropic a steady revenue channel and a route toward broader enterprise penetration.
