Requirements
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in extrajudicial debt collection, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
  • Completed high school diploma, or an incomplete or completed bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas.
  • Knowledge of negotiation techniques and conflict resolution.
  • Effective communication and persuasion skills.
  • Results orientation and ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Having a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license is desirable.
  • Availability to work in the field in the South Zone.
Responsibilities
  • Contact and negotiate with debtor clients to establish payment agreements and recover overdue accounts.
  • Conduct home visits and/or visits to debtors' workplaces when necessary, in accordance with BBVA Mexico guidelines and policies.
  • Analyze clients' financial situations to propose appropriate payment solutions.
  • Follow up on established payment agreements and ensure they are fulfilled.
  • Record and update client information and collection activities in the relevant systems.
  • Identify complex cases and escalate them to the relevant departments.
  • Meet recovery targets established by management.
  • Comply with all internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations related to debt collection.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in extrajudicial debt collection in the banking or financial sector is preferred.
  • Having a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license is desirable.
