On The Stage provides an all-in-one technology platform for live events, focusing on ticketing, box office operations, marketing, merchandising, and fundraising. It works by offering integrated modules that venues can use in one system: sell and manage tickets, run box office services, send marketing campaigns, handle merchandise sales, and support donor or fundraiser activities, all through a cloud-based SaaS with dashboards and reporting. This combination of many functions in a single platform differentiates it from competitors that specialize in only one area (such as ticketing or marketing) by giving venues a single, unified workflow instead of juggling multiple tools. The goal is to help live entertainment venues and organizations grow attendance, increase revenue streams, and streamline operations by centralizing audience data and sales in one place.

What believers are saying

  • Onstage.com updated in 2026 shows active product expansion and recent maintenance.
  • OTS launched fundraisers, box office portal improvements, seating charts, and MailChimp segmentation.
  • The Hunger Games: On Stage booking through February 2027 validates live-arts demand.

What critics are saying

  • Latka estimates only $6.6 million 2025 revenue and roughly 60 employees.
  • No funding history suggests limited capital versus Tessitura, Showpass, and Blackbaud.
  • A niche theatre-only market caps expansion; platform commoditization threatens 2027 growth.

What makes On The Stage unique

  • OTS bundles ticketing, fundraising, box office, and scanning in one arts workflow.
  • Its fundraising suite offers campaigns, recurring donations, donor management, and zero platform fees.
  • Mobile ticket scanning works on existing devices, reducing front-of-house hardware costs.
