Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, strategy, and/or analytics
  • 8+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing in B2B companies
  • 3+ years of experience managing direct reports and cross-functional teams
  • Experience as a change agent within an organization
  • Experience as a thought leader within an organization
  • Strong analytical and quantitative background
  • Strong technical capabilities in SalesTech and MarTech ecosystem
  • Experience in sales/marketing/corporate strategy consulting is beneficial
Responsibilities
  • Working closely with global enterprise customers to understand their business goals and ensure adoption of 6sense
  • Collaborating with senior/executive leadership on Go-to-Market strategic design
  • Balancing demands of competing business leaders to align 6sense POV
  • Solving complex GTM needs efficiently
  • Researching client organization and industry, conducting interviews and workshops
  • Translating data into insights and presenting recommendations
  • Developing plans to implement strategic recommendations and managing execution
  • Becoming an expert on the 6sense predictive engine
  • Collaborating across teams to find growth opportunities
  • Driving data-driven decision making
  • Building customer advocates and developing thought leadership content
  • Juggling multiple projects, prioritizing, and scaling while mentoring a team
