Responsibilities
Provide application and documentation support to assigned Loan Officers.
Request, receive, and organize income, asset, and employment documentation.
Review loan applications for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare clear and concise loan summaries for assigned Loan Officers.
Review Initial Closing Disclosures, including Loan Estimates and early disclosures, for accuracy and alignment with approved loan terms.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, industry regulations, and company policies.
Provide customer service throughout the loan process.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines.
Use discretion, judgment, and high-level analytical skills to interpret complex situations.
