- Work with the Field Specialist team to perform site audits of viable lighting, HVAC, and other ECM solutions
- Develop detailed cost estimates for energy solutions, including materials, labor, and implementation expenses
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, bid documents, and financial analyses to support sales efforts
- Source and secure competitive pricing from material suppliers and labor vendors
- Analyze utility rebate programs and incorporate incentives into cost estimates
- Work closely with the Sales and Solutions teams to ensure project feasibility and alignment with customer expectations
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and cost fluctuations related to energy solutions
- Maintain organized records of estimates, project costs, and vendor pricing for future reference
- Minimum 3 years of experience in energy solutions estimation or a related field
- Familiarity with utility rebate programs and financial incentives for energy projects
- Experience working with estimating software and tools
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or equivalent industry certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field
