Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 2 years of pharmacy experience is required.
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is required.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor closed quality-related events in the ticketing system to ensure investigations are finalized and properly documented.
  • Collaborate with external teams to confirm the accuracy, completeness, and resolution of reported events.
  • Verify data accuracy and completeness to support tracking, trending, and reporting.
  • Close tickets in alignment with established procedures and timelines.
  • Maintain data quality and reporting readiness through continuous system monitoring.
  • Generate and distribute monthly quality-related event reports for stakeholders and clients.
  • Support adherence to internal quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Partner with service-line and department leaders to identify improvement opportunities, create and support in-service training, and deliver onboarding education.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating internal and external performance-improvement initiatives.
  • Support the collection and sharing of best practices across teams to enhance consistency and quality of service delivery.
  • Contribute to action plans addressing identified performance or compliance gaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality initiatives with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Generate and distribute quality and performance reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Monitor referral-source reports, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Follow up on internal and external communications related to quality concerns.
  • Coordinate and document monthly client communication reports.
  • Participate in quality-improvement meetings and maintain meeting minutes.
  • Support development and updates of the annual quality-improvement plan and program.
  • Provide operational support to other business units during periods of high volume as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in quality improvement or performance improvement in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
  • An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, Certified Professional Patient Safety, Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management, or Six Sigma certification is preferred.

Tabula Rasa Healthcare Stockholders Give Thumbs-Up For Acquisition By Nautic Partners

Tabula Rasa HealthCare on Tuesday said its stockholders approved the previously announced acquisition by Nautic Partners.The proposal to adopt the merger agreement was approved at a virtual special meeting of the Moorestown-based company’s stockholders held Tuesday, with approximately 99.6% of the votes cast in favor of the proposal, which represented approximately 70.9% of the outstanding shares of company common stock.As a result of the approval, the company will combine with ExactCare Pharmacy, a portfolio company of Nautic.“We are happy to have the strong support of Tabula Rasa’s stockholders, who recognize the value of bringing us together with Nautic’s ExactCare portfolio company to advance our ability to partner with risk-bearing health care organizations serving those with complex care needs,” Brian Adams, CEO and president of TRHC, said. “This combination will extend our reach and position us to take advantage of existing and emerging opportunities within and adjacent to our core PACE market.”The company expects to complete the transaction during the fourth quarter, and upon closing, it will become privately held
