Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to assess workflows, understand business objectives, and identify opportunities to use approved artificial intelligence tools, automation, or related technologies to improve efficiency, consistency, and operational effectiveness.
  • Build trusted relationships across the organization to understand business operations, influence positive change, and drive adoption of artificial intelligence solutions.
  • Observe, document, and analyze business processes and operational workflows across multiple business units to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and improvement.
  • Monitor emerging technologies, artificial intelligence solutions, automation platforms, and industry trends to identify opportunities to improve business processes, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with the Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence, artificial intelligence architecture team, and enterprise project management to vet proposed solutions, align with existing initiatives, and follow established discovery and development processes.
  • Evaluate business processes and operational workflows, challenge existing practices, explore new approaches, and develop actionable recommendations that improve effectiveness, support business objectives, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and lead pilot programs, proof-of-concept initiatives, and technology evaluations to assess feasibility and demonstrate business value.
  • Develop and implement artificial intelligence, automation, and process improvement solutions in partnership with business stakeholders, evaluate results, and identify opportunities for ongoing optimization.
  • Ensure initiatives adhere to applicable regulatory, compliance, information security, and risk management requirements.
  • Develop and present executive-level communications regarding project progress, achievements, performance outcomes, implementation challenges, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Measure and communicate the effectiveness, business value, and operational impact of implemented solutions.
  • Complete additional assignments and projects designated by management.
  • Travel periodically to attend in-person meetings and satisfy office responsibilities.
Desired Qualifications
  • Recent graduates and individuals with a demonstrated passion for emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, and continuous learning are encouraged to apply.
  • Internship, project, leadership, or work experience involving artificial intelligence, business analysis, process improvement, technology, data analysis, operations, project management, or related disciplines is preferred.
  • Experience within financial services or a regulated industry is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, artificial intelligence tools, automation platforms, data visualization tools, or business intelligence applications is preferred.
