Requirements
  • 5–9 years of experience in competitive intelligence, product marketing, market analysis, sales strategy, or enterprise business intelligence, with direct exposure to intelligence used in high-stakes business decisions.
  • Experience working with customer relationship management platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot as data sources, including practical understanding of messy win/loss data.
  • Familiarity with competitive intelligence platforms such as Crayon, Klue, or Kompyte and analyst ecosystems including Gartner, Forrester, and IDC.
  • A track record of designing for executive audiences.
  • Fluency in the language of sales and strategy, including win rates, revenue leadership, and strategic positioning.
  • Comfort using artificial intelligence tools and large language models to synthesize intelligence, draft positioning analysis, and prototype product concepts.
  • Ability to partner with artificial intelligence and engineering teams to build intelligent capabilities into the product.
  • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to write a concise one-page document that earns alignment without a meeting.
  • Ability to translate domain and user needs into clear requirements that technical teams can act on.
Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for competitive intelligence and market analytics within the strategic portfolio management platform.
  • Define how the product ingests, structures, and continuously updates competitive and market intelligence, including analyst feeds, competitor tracking, pricing movements, and win/loss patterns drawn from customer relationship management systems.
  • Design the executive intelligence experience so market and competitive context is synthesized and presented to senior leaders with direct connections to portfolio and planning implications.
  • Shape how sales and revenue signals, including win/loss data, deal patterns, and pricing intelligence from customer relationship management and configure-price-quote systems, inform prioritization and competitive positioning.
  • Determine how third-party analyst content and competitive tracking platforms are structured, normalized, and connected to planning decisions.
  • Partner with artificial intelligence and engineering teams to turn raw market signals into structured, decision-ready intelligence.
  • Run discovery with senior stakeholders across strategy, marketing, sales, and competitive intelligence functions to keep the roadmap grounded in enterprise needs.
Desired Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of configure-price-quote systems and how deal configuration data reflects market dynamics.

Tempo Software launches four Rovo agents and Maestro Program to streamline AI-driven execution

Tempo Software has expanded its AI offerings in the Atlassian Marketplace with four new Rovo agents and the Tempo Maestro Program. The announcement follows Team '26 and aims to help organisations streamline execution and reduce operational complexity. The new Rovo agents include a Structure Creation and Configuration Agent using natural language, and three reporting agents that automate data source creation for Tableau, Power BI and Data Studio. These AI capabilities are integrated into Tempo's apps via Atlassian's Forge platform, replacing individual marketplace downloads. The company is also launching the Tempo Maestro Program to support practitioners driving strategic transformations. The programme focuses on product co-innovation, thought leadership and ecosystem leadership. Jira users with active Rovo subscriptions can access the new integrations immediately.
