  • 3+ years of closing experience, with a record of top performance
  • Experience carrying a mid-market/enterprise quota at a SaaS company
  • Proficiency in managing 3-6 month long sales cycles

  • Ability to thrive in constantly changing, fast-paced, high-growth environments
Responsibilities
  • Strategically nurture and close renewals and complex cross-sell and upsell deals
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients to consult on their business challenges and objectives
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders including economic buyers
  • Understand customer pain points and position thoughtful and tailored solutions
  • Forecasting sales and retention activity and revenue achievement
  • Demonstrate knowledge and expertise within different e-commerce verticals
  • Go above and beyond in sales performance, taking full advantage of an uncapped commission plan/OTE
