Nebraska Medicine's new Omaha health clinic designed by LEO A DALY. Nebraska Medicine has announced its newest facility, a four-story health clinic that has been designed by LEO A DALY. The nearly 100,000 SF midtown Omaha health center will hold the hospital system's dermatology program, as well as outpatient GI, behavioral health services and general internal medicine. The building is scheduled to open in September 2027. Precast concrete and glass curtain walls provide a durable and modern aesthetic, while a sun-shading system of curved, perforated panels adds texture and depth to the west facade while integrating the building with the broader campus infrastructurehttps://www.edgeomaha.com/. "The Farnam Health Center's modern design and integrated campus connections reflect Nebraska Medicine's commitment to innovation, while the services inside will meet some of the most pressing healthcare needs in our community," said Jeff Monzu, LEO A DALY senior director of health and wellness.
