Requirements
  • 3+ years of fullstack engineering experience using modern web technologies (TypeScript, React, Node/Express, MySQL), preferably at technology companies
  • Strong product sense

Responsibilities
  • Building and retaining world-class teams through planning, communicating, and benchmarking team compensation in real time
  • Creating and maintaining compensation bands
  • Utilizing compensation bands in compensation planning strategies
  • Visualizing compensation planning output for employees
  • Helping customers define compensation philosophies and model jobs in Pave
  • Understanding trends in market data and translating them into compensation bands
  • Applying band adjustments into merit cycle planning
  • Communicating compensation adjustments to eligible employees
  • Helping employees understand the value of their compensation over time
