Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am–4.30 pm
Contract type: Fixed-term, 12 months contract
As a Payment Processing Assistant with Convera based in our Vilnius office, you will need to provide consistent, quality service by working closely with Client Support, Sales, and Internal Stakeholders in facilitating customer transactions.
You will be responsible for:
• Review and monitor bank accounts
• Identify incoming funds to our clients
• Actioning various detailed tasks and controls
• Monitor intake channels to ensure the respective processing within the agreed service level agreement.
You should apply if you have:
• Bachelor’s degree (or final year student)
• A strong attention to detail, as well as a sense of initiative and proactivity
• Ability to learn quickly and operate in a high-paced, high-volume, dynamic environment, maintain targets and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in English written and verbal
