Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in a product-led organization such as a SaaS, digital product, or platform company, with a track record of owning delivery end-to-end across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing large, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies and high visibility.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban, and Lean principles.
  • Experience working closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and facilitation abilities.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Airtable, or similar project management tools.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ownership of business outcomes, such as user growth, net promoter score, delivery efficiency, or revenue impact, including driving measurable results rather than only tracking metrics.
  • Experience integrating artificial intelligence or automation tools into delivery or product workflows, such as AI-assisted reporting, generative AI adoption, or automated dashboards.
  • Experience at a product-led organization such as a SaaS, digital product, or platform company; prior IT services delivery experience alone is insufficient.
Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end execution for complex, cross-functional, multi-team initiatives from planning through release and post-launch follow-up.
  • Ensure clarity on deliverables, ownership, and timelines across all departments.
  • Translate product vision into actionable roadmaps in partnership with Product Owners.
  • Coordinate with Engineering Leads on sprint planning, resource allocation, and technical dependencies.
  • Balance delivery timelines with quality and business priorities while identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Align execution with business objectives by collaborating with the CTO, CEO, and functional heads.
  • Act as the primary communication bridge between teams and leadership.
  • Champion Agile practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, and facilitate ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Continuously refine delivery processes to improve velocity, communication, and quality.
  • Mentor mid-level Project Managers and team coordinators and help scale delivery frameworks across the organization.
  • Maintain transparency and operational efficiency using JIRA, Confluence, and Airtable.
  • Communicate progress and blockers clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Stadium runs a consolidated ordering platform that lets offices or individuals order from multiple top NYC restaurants in one delivery, primarily for group and corporate catering. It works by aggregating dishes from different restaurants into a single multi-restaurant order and delivering them in proper hot or cold conditions, suitable for office teams. Stadium also operates SnackMagic, a nationwide service where managers set a budget and employees choose snacks and beverages from a large menu, with boxes that can be sent to remote workers and clients. Its goal is to make it easy for teams to share varied meals and snacks, while expanding from on-site office catering to remote gifting and charitable giving.

What believers are saying

  • Stadium's 2026 site still markets active snack, swag, and gifting products.
  • The company retained brand recognition with Google, Spotify, Conde Nast, Twitter, and MLB.
  • Craft Ventures led SnackMagic's $15 million Series A, validating the pivot in 2021.

What critics are saying

  • Stadium's 2021 pivot from lunches signals the original core business collapsed during COVID.
  • SnackMagic's 2021 growth depended on remote-work gifting, a weaker category as offices reopen.
  • Direct competitors like Etsy, SnackNation, and global merch platforms compress margins quickly.

What makes Stadium unique

  • Stadium now unifies swag, snacks, and gifts on one global recognition platform.
  • SnackMagic evolved from Manhattan group lunches into customizable snack boxes shipped worldwide.
  • Stadium serves 170+ countries with local fulfillment and transparent pricing.
